Attentiveness to our company and regional stakeholders, and the taking into account of everyone’s needs are an ongoing priority for us.

CAPITALISING ON DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION TO TURN DIFFERENCE INTO A STRENGTH 

Our HR policy is founded on non-discrimination and the fostering of diversity in all its aspects.

Gender equality, the employment of older workers, the integration of disabled employees and social and ethnic diversity are just some examples.

Disability is one of our key concerns and we organised an awareness campaign for all our employees on this question.

Lastly, inclusion is a focus point aimed at raising employees’ awareness of cognitive bias.

We thus participated in the European Diversity Month to support this approach.

The skills development and employability of our staff enables the recognition of their professional qualification via a Professional Qualification Certificate (PQC).
